Hey there!

Yeah I think it would be a good idea. It filters water so you can take the bottle with you and get water from (almost) anywhere and have clean, filtered water. :)

Healthy Tip: Grow your own mint and use it to garnish anything and everything, because the point of garnish — aside from making things look pretty — is to be eaten, since garnishes normally are packed with vitamins and antioxidants.
Recipe: frozen organic mixed berries, Greek yogurt, coconut almond milk, chia seeds; mint and fresh blueberries for garnish

Of course! Watermelon has so many great health benefits for you. It’s mostly water so its hydrating, it also doesnt have that many calories.
